Stand Out With Your VISUAL Cybersecurity Resume

These are PROVEN ways to stand out to recruiters so they find YOU!

  1. Show up at community events like security conferences, CTF competitions and as an interviewee on cybersecurity podcasts and YouTube channels so others see you and hear your voice.
  2. Create a portfolio of work on github, a website, or social media platform demonstrating your work (formal or informal) ideas, solutions and critical thought about security topics.
  3. Write and publish magazine articles and blog posts about cybersecurity events, webinars you've attended, current events, CTF contests and other security related events as proof of your desire to continuously learn and grow with the industry.
  4. Speak at cybersecurity conferences and/or create a cybersecurity YouTube channel sharing and demonstrating the value you provide to the profession.
  5. CREATE A VISUAL RESUME to quickly demonstrate your skill in a fun, interesting and engaging way.
